In 2009 Metricate won approval as an ‘Institute of Leadership and Management’ (ILM) Qualification centre. Metricate now is authorised to deliver the ILM’s flexible, practically-focused qualifications, which have established a reputation for quality and adaptability for UK businesses.

As well as S/NVQ’s, Metricate  delivers  Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQs) – these are made up of individual taught units which combine to form Awards, Certificates and Diplomas. VRQs are the most popular type of qualification because they are nationally recognised, flexible and offer great routes for progression.

ILM qualifications are available at Levels 2 to 7 on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) in England.  Metricate delivers qualifications at levels 2, 3 & 4 which are ideally suited to first line manager/ junior manager/ middle managers levels.
